Getting started in 5 steps

Create Account

Sign up at signup.php and submit your program information. Your account is typically activated within one business day, and you'll receive a welcome email with your login link and initial setup checklist.

Configure Program

Set your institution name, departments, and academic calendar. Configure role permissions so each team member sees exactly what they need — nothing more, nothing less.

Import Students

Upload your student roster as a CSV with name, email, and optional student ID. Students receive a welcome email with login instructions and can immediately access their own dashboards.

Build Rubrics

Use the drag-and-drop rubric builder to create multi-domain scoring checklists. Add weighted items, partial credit tiers, and sub-items. Save to your shared rubric library for reuse.

Schedule Your First Session

Create a session, assign stations and rubrics, invite faculty scorers and standardized patients, and publish the schedule. Automated notifications go out to every participant.
