Yes. TCS Platform supports CSV import for students. Your file needs name, email, and optional student ID columns. We also support integration with common SIS systems — contact support for custom import assistance.

It depends on your plan. Free allows up to 3 staff users. Starter allows 10. Professional and Enterprise offer unlimited users. See our pricing page for full details.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and optimized for tablet use during live scoring sessions. We also offer a Progressive Web App (PWA) for offline capability and an app-like experience on iOS and Android.

SPs register their availability in the SP portal. Coordinators can view all SP availability and assign them to stations during session setup. SPs receive automatic email notifications with their briefing documents before each session.

Absolutely. Our drag-and-drop rubric builder lets you create multi-domain rubrics with weighted items, partial credit, and sub-items. You can import existing rubrics or build from scratch, and share rubrics across your rubric library.

All student records in TCS Platform are scoped to your institution — no cross-institution data sharing occurs. Every data access is logged in our audit trail. We operate as a "school official" system under FERPA's legitimate educational interest exception. See our FERPA Policy for full details.

Yes. TCS Platform supports multi-grader workflows with blind scoring (graders don't see each other's scores) and post-session comparison. Our calibration tools help ensure consistency before sessions begin.

Use the Accreditation Hub to map your sessions to standards, then generate a compliance report in one click. Reports can be exported as PDF or CSV. You can also export raw score data from any session or cohort.
